dial-up services but downloading is three times as fast: under normal circumstances, a full-screen, full-colour

One-off installation charges
Our approach requires us to install radio equipment on your premises. This is usually on the roof, and we then run
a single Cat5 cable carrying both power and data into the building and terminate this as an RJ45 network connector or
socket. Residents in some areas may be able to use grants to substantially offset the cost of installing this
equipment.

Spreading the installation charges over your first year
We also offer packages for those who'd like broadband but want to spread the cost of the installation of the
equipment over a longer period. Contact us for more details.

All 'HOME' prices include VAT. Minimum contract 12 months. All our 'HOME' packages are managed to give the
equivalent of a 33:1 contention rate at worst. (Contention is the connection-sharing which all providers do to take
account of the fact that not everybody is accessing the net at the same time, and most published contention rates are
higher than ours.) We strongly recommend you add a firewall and anti-virus software to your setup and can provide
these at competitive prices.
