Here's a list of exchanges in Norfolk and Suffolk and their ready-for-service dates - the dates on which their BT exchanges get enabled for broadband.  Remember that BT's technology uses copper telephone wires and many people may still not be able to receive broadband even if the exchange has been switched on: they may be too far away, or the lines may be aluminium, or the signal may be poor for other reasons.
